I like this company, but for this order, the fulfillment and support were lots less than usual. I got this email 10/19 and it says "we fulfilled your order 9 days ago". But that's not correct. I just got my order yesterday and it didn't ship until I reached out to customer service to aks about the status of my order. They were nice but said because of the holiday and the heat, my order was "held". I wasn't given a shipping date, but told it would be there "soon".
Hi. Thank you for your feedback. All of our products are made to order. We don't allow anything to sit in a warehouse. When your order was placed on 10-7 we realized we had run out of bottles. We did an express order so we could receive the new bottles (we miscounted our bottles and that was our error). We printed your shipment label on Friday the 10th but realized it was a holiday weekend and did not want your order (or any order) sitting in a hot truck or a USPS location. Therefore we held all orders until Tuesday the 14th and it was received by you on the 18th. I do apologize your order took longer than normal. In the future we will reach out to you (or anyone) if there will be an unexpected delay. :)
The be gone cream is really as good as everyone is saying. I’ve been using it on my feet and has really soften the hard, dry tissue on my heels and toes far better than any scrubbing with a pumice would’ve done. I wanted to use it on my KP however I don’t love the way it feels on my arms or legs. It makes me feel a little sticky and wet and trying to sleep at night with it on was really uncomfortable for me. I’ll be trying their liquid version too to see if I have better results.
Thank you for your review! We are glad that the cream has helped you. As far as the KP on your arms, try applying the urea cream on your arms (or anywhere you have dry skin) and immediately after applying the urea cream (before it dries completely) add a light, fast absorbing oil (our glowing body oil or any oil of your choice) or a light lotion and cover the area you used the urea cream. You can also use body butter to cover the urea cream but if you don't want a heavy cream as you sleep then I would stick with body lotion or oil. That is our suggested way of using the urea cream (KP Be Gone)
This product has become a staple in my bathing routine. It does not dry out my skin. I have ordered both the scented and unscented. Both are wonderful.
I love the scent samples. This is such a wonderful way to try out the scents and find your favorites . I ordered Burberry London and Beach. Burberry London is my new favorite. I love this floral scent. Beach is great and reminds me of summertime. I think this one will cheer me up then the ice and snow arrive.
LOVE them both. Scent, texture, very moisturizing but not sticky or greasy.
