What is the Shelf Life of Bay Harbor Beauty Products?
To ensure that your Bay Harbor Beauty products are used during optimal freshness, we recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.  Please see the individual bottle or jar for the exact shelf life icon.
Are Bay Harbor Beauty Products Safe for Pregnant Women?

Are There Any Contraindications To Using Our Products?
If you are under medical care, pregnant, or have any health problems, you may want to talk to your doctor before using skincare products. Do Our Products Contain Nut Oil?
Yes, some do. Please make sure to read the ingredient description on each product before purchasing. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Are The Products Gluten-Free?
Most of the products contain beta-glucan, which is a form of yeast.
When Will My Order Ship?
The average processing time is 2-3 days. (This does not include weekends).  When a YouTuber or other public figure speaks of these products, it increases the processing time by a couple of days due to the number of orders received.  If you have any questions about your order, please message us.  We usually respond quickly.
Sometimes, during shipping, the jars can develop an air bubble.  When this happens, it appears that the jars are not filled.  That is not the case.  If you gently hit the bottom of the jar or stir it with a spoon, you will find that the jar returns to its pre-shipment state.  I cannot control the air bubbles as when they leave our location, the jars are filled to the top and smooth.  
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Please be aware that some countries have their own customs fees. The customer is solely responsible for any customs fees. If a payment is required to ship your order, we will send you an invoice with proof for you to pay. 
Will Hot/Cold Weather Impact Products During Shipping?
During warm weather, the cleansing balm, extra moisturizing body silk, creme de la cream, and fruit acid body polish may melt during shipping.  Once you receive your item, leave the jar on the counter, and your product will return to its pre-shipment state within hours.  This will not have any adverse effect on the performance of the product.**
During those cold winter months, the temperature should not impact products.
