Refund/Return Policy for U.S. Customers
If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with a product, you must notify Bay Harbor Beauty via text (586-295-9196) or the chat button on the website within 7 days of receiving the product. If you do not notify us within this time period, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee it will be eligible for a store credit (discount code).
If, for some reason, there is a defect with a product pump mechanism, please notify us ASAP.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return that item for a store credit. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. You are responsible for shipping costs for the replacement order. You are also responsible for any difference in cost (if the original item was purchased on sale and is no longer on sale). Products must be returned in new or gently used condition and in the original packaging (75% or more product remaining). Returns must be sent back within 20 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a store credit.
You must include a photo/video of your item and the box if it arrived damaged or leaked, or if a product was omitted from your order in error.
Please note: we allow a maximum of 3 individual product exchanges per 365-day period.
Text & Email Marketing Terms and Conditions
We use Klaviyo, Inc., a U.S.-based marketing technology company, as our SMS and email marketing platform, in conjunction with Shopify’s native email tools, subject to the following terms. By opting in for our text and email marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms.
By entering your phone number at checkout, subscribing via our subscription form, or texting a keyword, you expressly and specifically consent to receive text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers from Bay Harbor Beauty. In accordance with the FCC’s 2024 one-to-one consent rules, your consent applies only to Bay Harbor Beauty. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with Klaviyo, Inc. for the purpose of sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text message operator to fulfill delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as texting STOP variations or verbally requesting to be removed, may not be accepted. Message and data rates may apply.
To unsubscribe from email marketing, click the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email we send you.
