Domestic Shipping
Please note that some Bay Harbor Beauty products — specifically our scented items — are made to order. Once your order is placed, those items are created specifically for you. Ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched promptly.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. All customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. If your package is refused or undeliverable and is returned to us, you will be responsible for any shipping costs to reship the order. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, you will be issued a store credit/discount code for the amount of the order — a refund will not be available in this case.
Bay Harbor Beauty is not responsible for packages misdelivered by the carrier or otherwise lost or stolen.
