Crème de la Cream Polish is a highly effective exfoliating treatment containing urea and salicylic acid. When applied to wet skin and massaged, it transforms into a lotion-like texture that deeply moisturizes and hydrates the skin, leaving it feeling smooth and exfoliated.
What Changed?
We added aloe water and propanediol (humectant) to this formula along with lactic acid, pumice powder, and a higher percentage of urea. These changes help with extremely dry skin, keratosis pilaris, calluses, and eczema-prone skin

Key Ingredients
- Shea Butter and Kokum Butter: Helps keep skin hydrated.
- MSM: A vital ingredient to boost collagen production.
- Urea: Known as a "miracle agent". It helps with dry skin, callused skin, keratosis pilaris and eczema. It is a hydrating and exfoliating agent.
Directions
Apply to wet skin. As it mixes with water, it emulsifies. Let the polish sit on your skin for a minute or two. Rinse off and enjoy your soft, hydrated skin. Perfect for a face scrub as well- we suggest unscented for face unless you are not sensitive to fragrance on facial skin.
