Still have not received it
Hi Kathy. You placed an order on December 2. Your order was shipped on the 8th. During the holidays as well as during a sale we do take longer to ship products as everything is made to order and we don't store anything on a shelf in a warehouse. According to our records, you received your order on the 17th. It appears USPS was a bit slower, as well. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback.
