Claudia, you messaged us and informed us your order says delivered but you never received it. We explained to you that we were more than happy to send you out a new order. You said you needed it by mother's day so that would not work as this was Friday afternoon. We offered you a gift card. You declined that as well. You were asking for a full refund and we told you IF the original order shows up to send it back (with our return label) and we will refund you as obviously Mothers Day will be over. You then said you wanted another order shipped out 'expedited'. We agreed. You are receiving that order tomorrow-Thursday. We never called you a liar- that word was never used!!!! We explained to you on Friday that we were going to call USPS so we could see exactly where your first order was delivered. It is a service USPS offers for this exact situation. They have a GPS system that shows where an order is scanned when it is delivered to a house. We thought if you knew you could go get that order and you could send that one back (with our return label) and keep the new order. You told us there was no such house with that address- which was not accurate - but we didn't push the issue with you and to reiterate never called you a liar. I apologize our service was not acceptable to you but honestly I don't know what more we could do to accommodate you.
