Directions:

Apply to clean, dry skin in the morning with a cotton pad or fingertips, avoiding the eye area and lips. Start 1–2 mornings per week and build up to 3–4 days as your skin adjusts and tolerates it — you earn those nights, you don't start there. Follow with your hydrating essence, serum, or moisturizer. If you use a retinoid, copper peptides, or growth-factor serums, keep those on your non-toner nights — same skin, different shifts. Vitamin C stays in your morning routine as usual. A brief, mild tingle on application is normal; rinse off if you experience burning or stinging that persists. Use sunscreen daily while using this product.
