We apologize that our White Tea Body Wash did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide a refreshing and cleansing experience, so we are disappointed to hear that you did not feel clean after using it. Using more 'natural' sufrectants (cleansing ingredient) suds aren't as luscious as a soap that use sulfates. We appreciate your feedback.
