If you're wearing a mask all day at work or often out in public with one on you already know what "Maskne" is and most likely have suffered the effects of it. "Maskne" is a term thats been passed around to describe skin breakouts in the area that your mask covers. You already have bacteria, oil, & dead skin cells on your face normally. When you cover your face with a mask, these naturally occurring substances can build up & block your pores. In addition to pores becoming clogged, humidity is also trapped under your mask due to you breathing and sweating. This also creates the perfect environment for acne. A mask is essential so there is no way to avoid this, but by using the correct products & cleaning your face after you are able to remove your mask you can minimize the breakouts.
In order to help cleanse your skin and rehydrate it so that it doesn't continue to be clogged I recommend using our MSM Serum along with the Glycolic & Lactic Acid Moisturizer, and Exfoliating Facial Cleanser. Due to the strength of the glycol moisturizer I would recommend our Sake Extract Face Moisturizer if you have sensitive skin as it is more gentle.
